Payment instrument details are entered into the secure systems of our approved payment provider. RBELA does not intentionally store complete card or UPI credentials.

Service providers and sharing
We share only the information reasonably required with providers that help operate the store, including website and hosting providers, WooCommerce, payment providers such as Razorpay, logistics providers such as Shiprocket and its courier partners, communication providers such as SyncBot/WhatsApp, and analytics or advertising providers such as Google Analytics or Meta where enabled. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy obligations.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect customers or the business, or as part of a legitimate business reorganisation. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and analytics
We may use essential cookies for cart, checkout, account and security functions, plus consent-based analytics and advertising technologies. Browser settings can restrict cookies, but essential store functions may then be unavailable.
Retention and security

Children
The store is not directed to children under 18 and purchases should be made by adults capable of entering a contract.
