You may ask RBELA to delete eligible personal information associated with your website account, customer-service history or WhatsApp communication.
How to request deletion
- Email orders@rbela.in with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
- Provide the name, email address and phone number used with RBELA, plus an order number if relevant.
- Complete reasonable identity verification so information is not deleted at an unauthorised person’s request.
We will acknowledge the request and normally complete eligible deletion within 30 days. We may retain limited transaction, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, dispute or legal records for the period required by applicable law. Deletion may also remove access to an RBELA customer account and order history.
To stop WhatsApp marketing without deleting other records, reply STOP to an eligible marketing message or email us. Transactional messages about an active order may continue where necessary to complete the purchase.
