These Terms and Conditions govern your use of rbela.in and purchases from RBELA. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our linked policies.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping account credentials secure.
Products and pricing
We aim to present product colours, dimensions, materials, prices and availability accurately. Screens and handmade or natural details may cause reasonable variation. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees. We may correct genuine typographical, pricing or inventory errors before dispatch and will offer cancellation and a refund where an order cannot be fulfilled as presented.
Orders and acceptance
An order request is received when checkout is completed. The order is accepted when RBELA confirms it for fulfilment. We may decline or cancel orders affected by payment failure, suspected fraud, inaccurate information, stock unavailability, delivery restrictions or legal requirements. Any captured amount for a cancelled order will be returned according to our refund policy.
Payments
Payments are processed by approved third-party gateways. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise the selected provider to process the transaction. Cash on delivery may be offered only for eligible locations and orders.

Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout or security, submit false orders, scrape protected content at scale or use RBELA intellectual property without permission.
Intellectual property
The RBELA name, logos, imagery, designs, text and website presentation are owned by or licensed to RBELA. No licence is granted except the limited right to use the website for personal shopping.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, RBELA is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, third-party service interruption or delay outside reasonable control. Our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction in Bhubaneswar, Odisha will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer rights. Questions may be sent to orders@rbela.in.
